A classic Belgian Tripel. The aroma is highly expressive, blending the brewery’s signature fruity yeast  (hints of banana and pear) with spicy notes (clove, white pepper) and aromatic hops. On the palate, it delivers a full, malty body with a touch of sweet honey, followed by a bitterness that leads to a complex, warming finish.
